Brevig Prom

The big event in Brevig last night was the Prom. Prom is different here in that all ages are welcome to attend. There's an hour long dance early in the evening for each of the younger age groups and then a late night dance for the high school students and adults in the community.

In the summer, I'm on the look out for formal dresses at garage sales and at the Goodwill. I snatch up the good deals then ship the dresses up to Brevig and sell them to the girls for the prom. They have loads fun coming over and trying on all the dresses.
